Do I need to create an account before purchasing the items on The City Story?

You can purchase any items listed on The City Story Shop as a guest, without creating an account. However, you will still need to provide us with your email address in order for us to process the purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

At present, we are only able to offer shipping within the territory of India. We are working on getting our products to our international users soon, so please check back!

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping within India.

What are the payment methods accepted on The City Story?

We currently accept payment via credit cards.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Not at the moment, but we are working on setting this up.

When will my purchased items be delivered?

Your purchases should reach you 2 to 3 weeks from the date of receipt of payment.

Do you sell framed prints?

All our prints are unframed and shipped in securely packed envelope.

Can I change or cancel my order once it is submitted?

Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting the order. Once an order is submitted, we immediately begin preparing it and therefore cannot make any changes.

Orders may be cancelled at any time until receipt of payment. Please note that we cannot cancel orders once we have received payment.

If you would like to change an order, please cancel the existing order and place a new one.

How do I check my order status?
